The Tree of Life at Immaculate Conception Church has been permanently placed on the wall in the back entrance as we enter from the parking lot and, at Assumption, in the Room of Saints. Although many years have passed, there are many leaves still available so that you may memorialize or honor, with an engraved LEAF, various occasions in the lives of your loved ones and remember them when they have passed into eternal life.
The procedure is simple:
Fill out the entire form (attached below) for each LEAF
The offering for each memorial engraved brass leaf is $150
Acorns surrounding the Tree at Assumption are available for $200

Leaves and acorns will be installed in groups as received.
