Catholics are adults, women and men, of various ages and stations in life as well as children and teens. All are called to a friendship with God in and through Jesus Christ. This relationship is a determining factor in their life.
All people are called to be holy as God is holy. Being Catholic provides the road in that journey.
Teens and children walk this way of holiness by growing in age and grace, by doing their school work, playing on sports teams, listening to their parents.
Single men and women journey this road, sanctifying their life by their daily work and activities.
Married couples walk this way together, supporting each other and, in reality, being the means of their spouse’s sanctification! By their professed commitment to each other and God on the day when they pronounced their vows in the Sacrament of Matrimony, they accepted this responsibility to lead each other closer to the Lord Jesus.
Widows and widowers journey this road, sanctifying their grief and sorrow as well as their life by their daily work and activities. Many of whom participate daily at Mass or watch it on TV or daily pray the Rosary for all of us.
Are you Catholic? Thank God for the gift of your Faith!
