On Saturday November 7th, the men in Fourth Theology at St. Joseph’s seminary were ordained deacons. These were men who completed three years of Graduate studies in Theology at Dunwoodie from the Archdiocese of New York, Diocese of Brooklyn and the Diocese of Rockville Center. They will be ordained to the Order of the Priesthood in May
2016.

I was very happy to receive a call from Cardinal Dolan asking me if we would take the newly ordained Deacon Christian Amah to work with us on the weekends in preparation for his full time ministry as a priest after his May ordination. Of course I agreed, knowing how many opportunities he will have to interact with all of you in so many ways.
