Teens meet in Lower Church to turn in the following: * Sponsor Profile Sheet * The Sponsor Certificate from their parish, stating they are a member in good standing. * If you have these items, your teen should bring them to PREP and give them to Maddy! Thanks! Sponsor come to the retreat from 6:30-8 PM, in Immaculate Conception Church. Parents may take the place of a sponsor who is unable to come. Sponsor Profile Sheet and Letter from parish are due on Monday, 10/29. Sponsors come from 6:30-8:00 PM. Sponsor can't come? Let Sr. Cora know and mom or dad can come instead.
